Towne Lake Christian Church (Disciples of
Christ) and Community Center Project
The New Church Ministry Team (NCMT), under the
leadership of Dr. Michael Dunn, is announcing
the Towne Lake Christian Church (Disciples of
Christ) and Community Center project. This
project will lead to the planting of a new
church and community center start in the
neighborhood around the intersection of Barker
Cypress and Turkington Roads.

SOUTHWEST GOOD SAMARITAN MINISTRIES DAMAGED BY
HURRICANE DOLLY
SWGSM sustained extensive damage to four
buildings; main office, annex office,
kitchen/dining hall, and Casa Compassion home.
Roofs on the office, kitchen, house need to be
replaced and other roofs need repair. Office
equipment was damaged and there was minor
damage throughout the facility. Information
about the damage may be found on the SWGSM

Week of Compassion has reponded with an initial
grant and Dani Loving Cartwright, Regional
Minister, has asked that people consider making
a gift to Week of Compassion designated for
hurricane relief. Many persons are aided each
year by this important mission.
